Your role will be focusing on New Initiatives & Products, Corporate Development and Strategising on Core Business Challenges
Job Descriptions:
Strategy Execution & Program Management
● Lead strategic PMO and oversee cross-functional programs and initiatives.
● Develop execution plans, monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely
delivery.
● Coordinate stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across teams.
Business Performance & Executive Reporting
● Develop and monitor business KPIs and executive dashboards.
● Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Prepare executive reports, management presentations, and strategic updates to
support decision-making.
Strategic Planning & Business Development
● Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
● Identify new product and business opportunities.
● Develop business cases, evaluate strategic partnerships, and support go-to-market
initiatives.
Organizational Effectiveness
● Improve cross-functional collaboration and business processes.
● Track execution of executive decisions and strategic priorities.
● Establish governance, project management standards, and execution discipline
across the organization.

Business & Technical Skills
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
tools.
● Experience in KPI development, dashboard reporting, and performance analysis.
● Experience with process improvement and business operations.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant field (MBA preferred)
● Minimum 5 years of prior working experience in: High growth tech
startups/Investment Banking/Consulting/VC /PE/Fintech/Financial Services.
● Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
● Experience in data analysis through Excel/VBA/Tableau/Data Studio/
Metabase or other BI tools
● Experience in Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, Management
Consulting, PMO, Business Transformation, Business Operations, Corporate
Planning,
● Strong presentation, financial modelling and communication skills
● Must possess a sense of hustle, curiosity, and an attitude of making things
happen
● English along with Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
