Role overview:
Responsible for end-to-end content execution across both digital and offline channels, ensuring GajiGesa’s financial products are communicated in a clear, engaging, and impactful way to drive understanding, trust, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production & Execution
Produce and deliver content across multiple touchpoints, including: Social Media, Blog/Website, In-appContent, Marketing and Campaign Materials - Financial Product Storytelling
Translate complex financial solutions into simple, compelling narratives, including: Earn Wage Access (EWA), Payroll Financing, Create content that is easy to understand and drives user action, Multi-Audience Adaptation - Develop content tailored for: B2B audience (HR, employers, decision-makers), B2C audience (employees, app users) – Adjust messaging, format, and tone based on platform and context (formal, educational, or promotional
- Content Strategy Execution : Execute content plans aligned with brand, campaign, and business objectives, Contribute to content ideation by incorporating relevant trends, insights, and user behavior
- Cross-Channel Optimization : Adapt content into various formats (short-form, long-form, visual, presentation, scripts), Ensure effectiveness across both digital and offline channels
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Content Performance & Improvement : Monitor content performance where applicable (digital channels), Gather qualitative feedback from internal teams (e.g., sales, partnerships), Continuously refine content for better clarity and impact
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content production, content marketing, copywriting, or related roles
- Experience in fintech, financial services, digital agency, or a startup environment is preferred
- Proven experience handling multi-channel content (digital and offline)
