Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Partnerships will lead the development, expansion, and performance of GajiGesa’s partner ecosystem as a key revenue growth channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy & Revenue
Define and execute a scalable partner acquisition strategy, own partner-sourced pipeline, and drive measurable revenue contribution. - Partner Relationship & Enablement
Build senior-level relationships with key partners and implement enablement frameworks (training, incentives, campaigns) to maximize activation and productivity. - Performance & Market Development
Track KPIs, optimize partner conversion, and identify emerging partnership opportunities to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in banking/financial services, with a background in partnerships, business development, or channel sales (fintech, SaaS, or HR tech preferred).
- Proven track record of building and monetizing partnership networks that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong existing network of business partners (individuals, associations, organizations) with access to B2B decision-makers.
